Please read the following Surgical criteria prior to booking an appointment below
- All surgical patients will be evaluated by physical examination prior to any surgical procedure.
- Our facility only performs spay/neuter procedures on healthy dogs & cats with NO underlying health conditions
- Rabies Vaccine REQUIRED! Must show proof of up-to-date vaccine or may be updated at time of surgery for $15.
- All patients must be at least 4 months of age or older to under go any surgical procedure listed below.
- Pre-anesthetic bloodwork is REQUIRED for all pets 7 years of age and older.
- All surgical patients will receive a green linear tattoo indicating sterilization (spay or neuter)
- No brachycephalic dogs or cats due to increased anesthetic risk.
- No dogs over 75lbs due to cage space.
- Dobermans require Buccal Mucosa Bleeding Time (BMBT) test without proof of normal vWD status.
- Any patient may be declined surgical services at the veterinarian's discretion.
