Dr. Jerri Anne Hill is a skilled and compassionate veterinarian with a deep commitment to animal welfare. As the founder of Spay Neuter RoCo Veterinary Clinic, PLLC, she has dedicated her career to improving the lives of both pets and their owners in Rockingham County and surrounding areas.
Dr. Hill graduated with high honors from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree. Her strong academic foundation is complemented by hands-on experience in a variety of veterinary settings, allowing her to provide exceptional care in both routine and complex medical situations.
Driven by a passion for animal health and a desire to prevent overpopulation, Dr. Hill founded Spay Neuter RoCo with the goal of offering affordable, high-quality care and spay/neuter services to help reduce the number of homeless pets in the area. She specializes in preventative care, surgery, and patient advocacy, and is known for her compassionate approach to every animal that walks through her clinic doors.
Dr. Hill is a native of Rockingham county, she grew up in the Shiloh community. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her family and animals on their working farm, horseback riding, cooking and quilting.

Emily pursued her Veterinary Medical Technology education through Penn Foster, which provided her with a formal background in the veterinary field. She has forged a distinguished career defined by her unwavering dedication to animal health and client education. She has built and maintained strong relationships with patients, clients, and veterinary teams, resulting in the delivery of compassionate and high-quality care.
She is committed to a patient-first philosophy and a team-centered culture, where every team member is supported, valued, and empowered to succeed and be inspired. She is a firm believer that the foundation of excellent veterinary medicine lies not only in caring for our patients but also in supporting the people who make that care possible.
Emily, a lifelong resident of Reidsville, possesses an in-depth understanding of the community and is a dedicated proponent of its interests. In her spare time, she can be found with her family or enjoying her hobbies of kayaking, riding ATVs, and gardening.

Her passion lies in spay and neuter procedures, where she recognizes the critical role they play in preventing disease and reducing overpopulation. Jessica is dedicated to promoting responsible pet ownership and population control, not only through her work with owned pets but also by advocating for the care and sterilization of stray animals.
Jessica’s commitment to animal welfare drives her every day, and she continues to build on her knowledge and skills in veterinary care. She is also planning to continue pursuing her degree through San Juan College and plans to complete her licensing as a veterinary technician, further advancing her ability to provide high-quality care for animals in need.
Jessica grew up in Axton Virginia, and has always had a great love for animals, especially dogs. She spends her days away from work with her family of four, 2 dogs , 1 cat, and 4 chickens. She also loves being out by the water fishing.

Known for her warm personality and calm presence, Tayler thrives in fast-paced clinical settings while always putting animals’ emotional and physical well-being first.
Tayler is currently pursuing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, with plans to enter mixed animal practice. Her long-term goal is to bridge the gap between large and small animal care in underserved communities.
Whether it’s managing the front desk or assisting in the exam room or field, Tayler is passionate about building trust with both animals and their humans—one appointment at a time.
